What You Measure Matters: 2025 Annual Report

It's my tradition this time each year to turn inward and reflect on what this year has meant for Penney Leadership and for me. I find it meaningful to look back and remember the neat things I got to do, the wonderful people I got to coach and collaborate with, and the things I learned.
